For The Coach exists to reach, encourage, and equip coaches to lead well in every area of life.

Through biblical encouragement, intentional relationships, and practical leadership development, we help coaches grow in character, strengthen their leadership, and use their influence to impact others.

Win the Day. Press On. Lead Well.  These three emphases shape the ministry as we encourage coaches toward daily faithfulness, continued growth, and lasting influence.

Iron Sharpens Iron is  the personal mentoring side of the ministry, walking alongside coaches through the challenges of life, leadership, marriage, family, and faith.

Know Christ. Grow in character. Lead well. Use their influence to make a difference at home, on campus, and in their community.
