For The Coach exists to reach and disciple coaches, helping them know Christ, grow in Christ, and lead faithfully in every area of life.

Through biblical encouragement, intentional relationships, and practical discipleship, we help coaches strengthen their walk with Christ, pursue personal holiness, lead with character and integrity, and use their influence for God's glory.

Iron Sharpens Iron is the personal mentoring side of the ministry, walking alongside coaches through the specific challenges of life, leadership, marriage, family, and spiritual growth.
