Iron Sharpens Iron is the core of For The Coach, mentoring, and leadership development that strengthens coaches and their staff so they can Press On and lead their teams, campuses, and homes.

HOW IT WORKS

• One-on-One Mentoring and Leadership Roundtables for Coaches and Staff -We bring coaches and staff together for practical leadership conversations that build character, clarify direction, and strengthen influence—equipping them to lead with purpose, consistency, and integrity.
• Flexible and practical - These sessions can happen before practice, during a staff meeting, over breakfast, or online—whatever best fits the rhythm of the season.
• Focused on leadership formation - Each conversation is built around the foundations of strong leadership: Devotion, Discipline, and Diligence.
• Offered as a ministry, not a service - There are no fees, no pressure, and conversations remain confidential. The goal is simply to strengthen coaches spiritually and encourage them in their calling.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP COACHES

• Lead themselves before they lead others.
• Build leadership habits through Devotion, Discipline, and Diligence (see Pressing On).
• Develop a God-honoring vision and a clear direction for their program,  home, and life.
