Iron Sharpens Iron is the core of For The Coach, gospel-centered discipleship, mentoring, and leadership development that strengthens coaches and their staff so they can Press On and lead their teams, campuses, and homes with greater clarity, conviction, and purpose.

HOW IT WORKS
  • Leadership Roundtables for Coaches and Staff - We gather coaches together for equipping conversations rooted in Scripture, encouragement, and prayer—designed specifically for the coaching environment.
  • Flexible and practical - These sessions can happen before practice, during a staff meeting, over breakfast, or online—whatever best fits the rhythm of the season.
  • Focused on leadership formation - Each conversation is built around the foundations of strong leadership: Devotion, Discipline, and Diligence.
  • Offered as a ministry, not a service - There are no fees, no pressure, and conversations remain confidential. The goal is simply to strengthen coaches spiritually and encourage them in their calling.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP COACHES
  • Lead themselves before they lead others.
  • Build Christlike leadership habits through Devotion, Discipline, and Diligence (see Pressing On).
  • Develop a Christ-honoring vision and a clear direction for their program,  home, and life.

Because you can’t lead what you haven’t developed—we help coaches evaluate where they are, define where they’re going, and lead their staff and teams with clarity, conviction, and purpose.
